Fun Friday - Wilderness Taxidermy in Franklin

This week's Fun Friday outing will be a visit to Wilderness Taxidermy.

This isn't your run of the mill taxidermy studio, but also offers a large display area and museum.

Come to Wilderness Taxidermy & Outfitters state of the art wildlife museum to enjoy collections of animals from all throughout the world. Our studio which has recently been expanded to over 6,000 square feet, includes our work area, wildlife art gallery, and impressive wildlife museum. Do not miss your opportunity to see quality taxidermy in a beautiful setting.

Wilderness Taxidermy and Museum is about 4 miles from downtown Franklin on NC 64 (Highlands Rd) on the left hand side of the road. (5040 Highlands Rd. 828-524-3677).

We will meet there at 11:00 a.m. Bring a sack lunch, we will picnic in a park afterwards, weather permitting.
