Basic Storytelling Seminar in June--Bryson City

June 7, 14, 21            Basic Storytelling Techniques—a three-session seminar taught by Janice

(Thursdays)                 Inabinett.  This is a three-session seminar experience for those interested in

                                   using the power of story to inspire, educate, and entertain.  Discover the

                                   historical perspective of storytelling and explore the uses of storytelling in

     today's world.  You will learn what makes a good story and prepare a story for telling. 

     Swain County native, Janice Hilda Inabinett, MSW, has been a performing storyteller

     since childhood and became a professional storyteller in 1991.  Cost:  $40.
