Subject: Planning Meeting For Winter/Spring

Would Friday January 5th at 1:30 work for folks for a planning meeting to schedule activities for this winter/spring? How about meeting at the Swain Co. Rec Park. The kids could play and we could plan. In the event of cold or rain we could use the picnic pavillion (and have a fire, hot chocolate & marshmallows to keep us warm). Let me know one way or another. If too many of us can not make it, we'll try another date and time.
